[Motmot] some minor fixes

Hi motmot,

Just a few minor fixes.

In pycamiface, setup.py doesn't package the shared libraries as yet.
I found I had to 'cp ../cam_iface//lib/*.dylib motmot/cam_iface' and  
then use the following modified setup.py:

I want to use fview_fmf_replay and so needed to add the  
fview_fmf_replay.xrc resource to the package/egg-resources.
I still a problem with DynamicImageCanvas not having the  
set_clipping method, but that must be related to my version of wx  
(2.8.7.1)

btw, a very nice package.

The new motmot.* namespace is nicely structured and the namespace  
issues look to be pretty well sorted out now.

My intention is to use motmot for stereo tracking of markers placed  
on a patients chest/abdomen to monitor respiratory motion during PET  
scanning.

I had started with opencv, but it does not support shutter control  
etc for 1394 cameras.

I am running motmot on OS X 10.4.10.
