A new version of Mtrax, now called Ctrax (The Caltech Multiple Fly
Tracker), is now available for download.
The Ubuntu Hardy deb file is available from Andrew Straw's repository:
http://debs.astraw.com/hardy/.
All versions are available from our new distribution site:
http://developer.berlios.de/projects/ctrax
I'm working on writing up documentation and making our Matlab behavior
analysis routines available as well.
Thanks for your interest,
Kristin Branson
