[Motmot] preliminary wiring information for the camera trigger device & more

Hi all,

As promised, I have added some documentation about the camera trigger
device wiring. This is on the documentation website at
http://code.astraw.com/projects/motmot/camtrig/wiring.html

My next goal will be to finish the tutorial on triggering external
devices with an FView plugin. It's a work in progress, but the initial
version can been seen at
http://code.astraw.com/projects/motmot/fview-plugin-writing.html

There are also several example plugins in the source code repository,
which will be referenced as I expand the tutorial on FView plugin writing.
