[Motmot] motmot email list running again

Hey Andrew,

Just an inquiry into whether there is an update for the tutorial
(creating a plugin that triggers a secondary pulse on a different
output)? I have been checking
http://code.astraw.com/projects/motmot/fview-plugin-writing.html,
hoping to get something going but no luck so far.
