[Motmot] libcamiface 0.5.3 released

I'm happy to announce release 0.5.3 of libcamiface.

The main feature of this release is the availability of Windows and Mac
installers. This was made possible by switching the build infrastructure
to use CMake and CPack.

Another significant change is a workaround for the mysterious
segmentation faults that were happening when using dc1394 cameras while
the Prosilica drivers were installed.

Finally, the source code hosting has been moved to github.
