[Motmot] libcamiface 0.5.8 and associated improvements

Hi All,

I have fixed a couple of bugs recently and made the appropriate package 
releases:

  * Pt. Grey Dragonfly2 cameras were failing to open up in FView 
(reported by Gilad Jacobson)

  * correctly handle corrupt images from libdc1394 (tested with Pt. Grey 
Firefly USB cameras)

Please look for the following packages to appear on my Ubuntu 
repository, PyPI, and the libcamiface release site:

  libcamiface 0.5.8
  motmot.camiface 0.4.9
  motmot.fview 0.6.2
