[Motmot] Vision Egg for Ubuntu lucid?

I followed the instructions at 
http://code.astraw.com/projects/motmot/download.html and discovered that 
the file astraw.list should add "multiverse restricted universe":

# Andrew Straw's repository
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/astraw/ppa/ubuntu lucid main multiverse 
restricted universe
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/astraw/ppa/ubuntu lucid main multiverse 
restricted universe

This makes all of motmot show up, but I'm still not finding the keyring.

Is python-visionegg available as a deb for lucid?

I'm thrilled to discover these tools and very much appreciate the open 
source license.
