Hi All,

Thanks to many people who have helped over the last couple of months, I
have tested almost all the corners of the Motmot realtime image
acquisition and analysis software on the latest release of Ubuntu Linux,
version 10.04 (codename "Lucid Lynx"). Everything seems to be working
fine, so today I updated the download documentation at to reflect that
this is now the best supported operating system:

http://code.astraw.com/projects/motmot/download.html

That page now gives detailed step-by-step instructions for how to
install Motmot (including the FView camera viewer and recording app) on
Ubuntu 10.04.

As always, I appreciate bug reports -- this software is working fine for
me, so if you have trouble, chances are that I don't know about it.

Thanks,
Andrew
