For the very brave:

Install the boost python library and include files
in the appropriate directory.

Install OSG 0.9.9.

run from within this directory:

python setup.py build
python setup.py install

Checked on Linux 2.6 (gcc 3.3), Windows XP (VS 7.1) and
Mac OSX 10.4 (XCode 2.0)
